The plan was put into place to transform the service station into a microbrewery bistro eatery with an outdoor space. The fire Wednesday in the Malheur National Forest may have sent an ember to the private land off Izee Highway in Bear Valley, sparking an 18-acre spot fire that was controlled in one hour, U.S. Create the warmth, and camaraderie of a ski lodge in the heart of Tennessee. When we purchased the eMbers building, charred walls greeted us in the upstairs and burnt lathe was on the ceiling and interior walls. Later, this site became the service station that we now use as the STATION at eMbers. The unique way of life it offers should be celebrated. EMBERS’ GARDEN ROMANTIC DINNER

San Francisco artist and winner of the Oxygen Channel’s “Street Art Throwdown” reality TV show, Cameron Moberg arrives to Rensselaer to paint the “Take Flight” mural on the eMbers wall. Since that mural, we’ve supported 14 more mural artists with the REN ART WLK that showcases over 30 murals in the alleys of downtown Rensselaer. The eMbers Venue building was purchased in Late 2010. With the help of eBay and Kentland Bank, we were able to purchase this building and figure out exactly what we got ourselves into… Becoming a partner in Embers Ski Lodge has fulfilled a lifetime dream of Matt’s…. There’s nothing better than the last run of the day down the mountain.

During a large fire, with the right conditions, embers can be blown far ahead of the fire front, starting spot fires several kilometres/miles away.
